European Optical is an upscale eyewear boutique offering premium product from world leading brands. To guarentee the quality of our products and merchandise, we thoroughly inspect each item prior to your purchase.
We welcome exchanges on non-prescribed frames and sunglasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by telephone, e-mail or visit us in-store.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases made with prescription lenses. If you are having trouble with your eyesight, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will work together on determining the reason. If necessary, we are happy to have your lenses redone due to defect, and will redo them at no charge.
European Optical has an eye examination facility and an Optometrist onsite. If your eyes need to be re-tested or verified for a current prescription, please call us to book an appointment.
